Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course. You will have access to the recording as long as it is hosted online by Olivia Helps Writers. If the recordings are ever removed, you will be given at least 6 months notice and an opportunity to download the recordings before they are removed.

Sessions will be hosted on Zoom. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the technological capacity to attend. No refunds will be given for technological difficulties or an inability to attend live.

If Olivia has to cancel the live event for any reason, full refunds will be issued automatically.
