Payment does not guarantee service on a specific date. Sessions must be booked at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance. Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and select Saturdays.

Do not book unless you are sure you can provide all required materials at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting date.

Required materials are:
1) an outline or synopsis
2) your manuscript
3) completed client questionnaire

Failure to submit materials on time will lead to rescheduling of a client's appointment.

Refunds will not be given for completed service. If you decide to cancel before submitting your materials, you may request a refund of the full amount minus a 5% processing fee.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled meeting, you will not be refunded, but you will be allowed to reschedule your session for another date.

Sessions may be rescheduled by the client at any time without penalty.

Editing is inherently subjective. If you are unsatisfied with the feedback you receive, Olivia will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation.
