Once upon a time, I was a high school English teacher, trying my best to turn my students into confident writers.
Then, I started writing fiction and realized something big: everything I was teaching my students was the opposite of what professional writers were actually doing to succeed.
Now, I help fiction writers learn the skills that actually matter to their publishing success and unlearn the missteps and misconceptions that keep them stuck.

- Will there be a replay?Yes! The replay will be posted ASAP after the live class ends and you'll retain lifetime access.
- Will this class teach me everything I need to know to revise my book?Nope - that would be way too much to put on one 2-hour class. Consider this class your overview. I'll walk you through the revision and editing process, share pitfalls to avoid, and offer tips to make the entire process manageable.
- Can I get a refund?You can request a refund anytime before the replay is posted. Once the replay is live, refund requests will not be offered.
- I write [insert genre here]. Is this class for me?My speciality is genre fiction, but I designed this class for fiction writers of all kinds.
If you write memoir or any other kind of non-fiction, you might get something out of this class, but it wasn't designed with you in mind. - How will content be delivered? Is this class accessible?The call will take place in Zoom and you will have the option to enable captions/transcription. The welcome video has captions. The course workbook will be available in Google Doc and PDF formats. The course replay will be posted with and without captions (the captioned version will take longer to process & post). Students will also receive the feedback they have purchased as long as they are within the submission window noted below.
If Olivia becomes incapacitated and is unable to deliver the feedback promised, her representatives or estate will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement editor to provide feedback or provide refunds at the client's request.
